I have a MBA and I'm formally certified in Supply Chain (SCOR-P), Project  & Program Management (PRINCE2 and MSP Advanced Practitioner), and Change Management (APMG Certified). Each of these domain qualifications is integrated into a singular and holistic approach that I bring to transforming supply chain, IT and operations, and they allow me to engage with the wide range of professionals and functional experts required to deliver successful change.  

 

I've been directly involved with a diverse range of organisations across Consulting, Pharma, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and IT.  More recently I've been engaged as the global business lead in delivering supply chain and IT processes for a leading pharma company's SAP implementation. With other roles including program manager, change manager, consulting manager, interim head of supply chain, supply chain director and head of sustainability, I have taken personal responsibility for creating outcomes through direct, intelligent actions.

I am very hands-on and I thrive on engagements with high degrees of challenge, risk and complexity. As someone who believes that talent doesn't have a particular set of physical attributes I particularly enjoy mentoring and working with teams that are multi-generational and cross-cultural.
