One of the most exciting things I've experienced throughout my career has been the internationalisation of organisations, and the teams that I've been lucky enough to lead.  Given my love of learning from others, I'm always keen to share my thoughts and experiences on the human and technological dimensions that are required for successful supply chains, IT and operations.
